2. Do you have COD?

We have Cash On Delivery (COD) services supported by highly efficient and trusted team of Delhivery. To know exact pin-codes supported by Delhivery for COD destinations SEARCH HERE or just drop us a mail. Products of COD orders placed from cities other than covered by Delhivery will be requested to pay via online transfer or bank deposit.

c) We would give you a call and confirm your order. 

d) After your order is verified and confirmed, it will be processed for COD. 

e) Pay to the Delivery guy from Delhivery and collect your parcel.

4. Is COD Chargeable?

No. There is no extra charge for COD order. But please keep in mind that COD orders are little delayed than prepaid orders as they are subject to confirmations. If you would like to convert your COD order into prepaid order, reply to the email confirmation you've received and we'll send you a link to pay for the order. 


5. Are there any hidden charges on (Octroi, Sales Tax)?

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with us. We offer free delivery for all products above an amount of Rs.500. The products below an amount of Rs. 500 will require an additional amount of Rs. 50 to be charged for COD. The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.

2. When will my products be delivered after I have placed my order?

Usually your order will be delivered within 5-7 days of being dispatched from our warehouse depending on the location. When order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation mail with tracking details. We ship the order from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order and confirmation of payment mode selected.


3. What is minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value.

4. How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through our deliver partners. If there is no service available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.


5. What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.


6. Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

If your order is still being processed, and has not been dispatched, you can contact us via Email ( or Phone and modify your shipping address after providing your order details confirmation.


Returns - Refunds - Replacements & Cancellations

5. How can I get a refund?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a replacement, please write us at and we will process it within 7 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse. If the item you received is broken or faulty, please send us a picture of the same via email communication. We will do our best to process replacement within 7 working days.

6. Who will bear the shipping charges for returns?

If return location of the shipment is India, will pay the return shipping in case of faulty or defected product. We will arrange a return pickup from your location by our logistic partner. If, in any circumstances, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges in form of a gift card, which can be used in any of your next purchases on

7. How will I get my money back?

Upon authorization of your return/refund request, we would be happy to offer you replacement of the product. Otherwise, you can get your money back in credit form into your account.

8. How do I cancel an order on

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will credit the entire amount into your account if you have paid for your order. If you've placed order in COD mode, we'll simply cancel it. Please drop a mail at for cancellation requests.

10. Will you accept returns if I have bought products in SALE?
