1. How much are the delivery/shipping charges?

JabWeShop.com provides ‘Free Shipping throughout India on all items for order above Rs.500! Orders below Rs.500 will be charged Rs.50. If you require any assistance in understanding our Shipping Policy, call us at 011-45360073 or email us at askus@jabweshop.com

2. When will my products be delivered after I have placed my order?

Usually your order will be delivered within 5-7 days of being dispatched from our warehouse depending on the location. When order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation mail with tracking details. We ship the order from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of placing the order and confirmation of payment mode selected.

3. What is minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value.

4. How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through our deliver partners. If there is no service available in your area, we will ship via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

5. What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?

There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.

6. Can I change my shipping address after I have placed an order?

If your order is still being processed, and has not been dispatched, you can contact us via Email (askus@jabweshop.com) or Phone and modify your shipping address after providing your order details confirmation.

 

Returns - Refunds - Replacements & Cancellations

 

1. JabWeShop.com believes in educating its consumers about the product they buy. Every aspect of the product (size, colour, fabric details, material used) has clearly been mentioned on the product page. Because we are customers ourselves and we know it can be frustrating when the purchase is not quite right, we offer a complete "no fuss" guarantee to all our customers in cases-

*If your goods are damaged, or

*if you receive an incorrect product, or

*if you receive a bigger/smaller size than mentioned on your order-

We will definitely exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value. (No reverse pick-up charges)

(Note- If the garment does not fit well, we would exchange the product with some other size but the reverse pick-up charges are to be borne by you.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, like following

1. Non-returnable items:

Gift cards, health and personal care items, all types of jewellery, paper products and soft toys.

2. In order to get a defective item replaced:

Contact Customer Care via the Contact Us Page, or drop a mail at askus@jabweshop.com or call us at 011-45360073, within 3 days from the date of delivery.


The defective/unused product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, if available. Return charges are payable by JabWeShop.com only if the product received is defected (unused) or the product you receive is not the product you ordered.

4. How can I get a refund?

If you are unhappy with your purchase and want a replacement, please write us at askus@jabweshop.com and we will process it within 7 days of receiving the products back at our warehouse. If the item you received is broken or faulty, please send us a picture of the same via email communication. We will do our best to process replacement within 7 working days.

Please feel free to drop a mail to askus@jabweshop.com for any queries regarding return/refund requests.

Please note that products below Rs.500 will not be entitled for returns.

5. Who will bear the shipping charges for returns?

If return location of the shipment is India, JabWeShop.com will pay the return shipping in case of faulty or defected product. We will arrange a return pickup from your location by our logistic partner. If, in any circumstances, we are not able to offer a pickup from your location, you can send us the parcel back by any reputed courier and we will reimburse return shipping charges in form of a gift card, which can be used in any of your next purchases on JabWeShop.com.

(If you are sending the parcel, Courier receipt is to be sent.)

6. How will I get my money back?

Upon authorization of your return/refund request, we would be happy to offer you replacement of the product. Otherwise, you can get your money back in credit form into your JabWeShop.com account.

7. How do I cancel an order on Jabweshop.com?

For outright cancellations by you:

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will credit the entire amount into your JabWeShop.com account if you have paid for your order. If you've placed order in COD mode, we'll simply cancel it. Please drop a mail at askus@jabweshop.com for cancellation requests.

If the cancellation request is received after your product has been shipped, you can do one of the following:

a)    If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same. We will recall the parcel.

b)    If you received the product, inform us, we'll get it picked up under standard return/replacement procedures mentioned above on this page.

8. Can I cancel / return a part of the order?

Yes, you can cancel / return a part of your order. Write to us at askus@jabweshop.com with your order number. We'll do the needful under our standard return/refund/cancellation policy mentioned above on this page.

9. Will you accept returns if I have bought products in SALE?

No. If your order contains products sold in SALE, we would not accept any returns/exchange/replacement requests.
